How do credits work?
Each generation spends credits based on the tool and quality you pick. You buy credit packs inside the app and earn bonus credits through tasks and invites.
Do credits expire?
Credits you purchase do not expire. Bonus credits from campaigns or tasks may have a time limit, which is shown in the app when it applies.
Can I get a refund?
Credits spent on a generation are not refundable. For unused purchases, refunds follow the App Store or Google Play refund policy.
Which platforms does it work on?
Contento is live on both the App Store and Google Play, and can be downloaded from either store.
Is my data safe?
Your account and the content you create are stored securely on Google Firebase infrastructure. We do not sell your data to third parties.
How do I delete my account?
