Delete Account

You can delete your Contento account and data at any time. You can start deletion in two ways.

Delete from the app

Steps:

  • Open Contento and sign in to your account
  • Go to the Profile or Settings section
  • Tap Delete account and confirm

Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by writing from your account email address to info@motivexintelligence.com. We process the request after verifying your identity.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, the following is removed:

  • Your account and profile details
  • The images and audio you created
  • Your Super Flow posts and comments
  • Your remaining credit balance

Data we keep

We may need to keep some information, such as purchase records, for a period as required by law. Your remaining and spent credits become void when the account is deleted and are not refunded.
