Privacy Policy

When you use Contento we collect the following data:

• Email address and display name (account sign in)
• Profile photo
• Content you create: prompts, generated images and audio, posts and comments
• Purchase history and credit balance
• Usage analytics events
• Advertising id (Android AD_ID, iOS IDFA): for serving rewarded ads and analytics measurement
• Your tracking permission answer (iOS App Tracking Transparency)
• Crash logs and device diagnostics
• Push notification token
• Device timezone and language setting

We use your data to create and manage your account, run your generation requests, track your credit balance, improve the app, keep it secure and send you notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.

The app uses the following third party services:

• Firebase Authentication (account sign in)
• Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple (authentication)
• Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage (content and account data)
• Firebase Analytics (usage statistics)
• Firebase Crashlytics (crash logs)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications)
• Firebase App Check (abuse protection)
• RevenueCat (credit purchases)
• Cloud Functions (server side of generation requests)
• Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads (rewarded ads only)

The only ad format in the app is rewarded video and showing it is entirely up to you. When your credits do not cover a generation, you are offered free credits in exchange for a short video; decline the offer and no ad opens. There are no banners and no interstitials, and no screen ever starts an ad on its own.

Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay. While that happens, your device advertising id (AD_ID on Android, IDFA on iOS) is shared with the ad provider; on iOS this only happens if you granted App Tracking Transparency permission, and declining it leaves the whole app working. The same id is also used for Firebase Analytics measurement.

We do not track you across apps and websites: the tracking declaration in our iOS privacy manifest is off, and no data is sold to build an advertising profile.

Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure and may be processed on Google's servers, which can be located outside your country. We keep your data only as long as it is needed to provide the service.

Contento is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age that applies in your country. We do not knowingly collect data from a child under that age.

You can access, correct or delete the data tied to your account. You can delete your account from the app or by writing to us. See the Delete Account page for details.

This section applies only to the contento.motivexintelligence.com website; the app's own analytics SDK (Firebase Analytics) is disclosed separately in the 'Services we use' section above.

The website runs two measurement tools: Google Analytics 4 (Google) counts visits and page views in aggregate; Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) records page views and store button clicks. Meta Pixel data is used to decide who sees our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to measure ad results.

Both tools use cookies and similar identifiers, processed under each provider's own privacy policy. You can block measurement through your browser's cookie settings and manage Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

The website does not ask for your name, email or similar personal details, and no such data is passed to the measurement tools.
